1)Why do I choose to buy at the BensonTrade webshop?
BensonTrade has been active for five years as awebshop specialized in watches, watchwinders, watch boxes and watch related products such as watchtools and watchstraps. During these five year we demonstrated proven to be a reliable webshop with more than ten thousand satisfied customers. We offer collections of new watches, competitive prices, perfect customer service and a clear warranty.
2)What do we guarantee?
All our products are 100% original and new. All watches, watchwinders, watch boxes and other watch related products do have at least one year warranty. Moreover we offer a 7 day return policy after receipt of the ordered product. In case of a defective product we make sure to offer perfect after sales.
3)Can I visit BensonTrade?
BensonTrade is active as a Webshop only. Our current office is in Nijmegen, and our warehouse, from where we ship all goods, is located nearby Nijmegen. For this reason we cannot welcome customers as visitors. You can order via our website, by telephone or by e-mail.
4)Can I order without VAT/TAX?
We deliver all products VAT/TAX free to consumers who live outside the European Union. On all orders from non-EU consumers we deduct 19% VAT/TAX automatically in the ordering process.
5)Does BensonTrade offer gift coupons?
Yes, we do offer a variety of
gift coupons. Gift coupons are available in the amounts € 10,00, € 20,00, € 50,00 and € 100,00.
Order procedure
6)How can I order?
You can your order via our luxury website, by telephone or by e-mail. Please find order instructions in our “easy to order” scheme. If you meet problems at ordering, please contact our customer service.
7)When will my order be delivered?
After receipt of your payment all products which are in stock are shipped out within 24 hours. If a product is not in stock we will inform you about it and about a later time of delivery. Of course you may cancel the order within 24 hours after having ordered, if the suggested delivery time is not acceptable for you.
8)Can I cancel my order without any costs?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours without any costs. If you want to cancel after 24 hours a 10% restocking fee incurs.
9)The ordering process is a bit difficult for me, what can I do?
Please contact our customer service or read the “easy to order” scheme at the homepage. We will be obliged to help you ordering the product you prefer.
10)Do I get a discount if I order more products?
Yes, we offer returning clients a discount. Moreover we offer a special discount system if you buy more products together in one order. Then you only pay once shipping costs.

11)What are the shipping rates?
- Free shipping within the Netherlands (at pre-payment).
- Insured shipping within the Netherlands (+ € 7,00).
- Cash on Delivery within the Netherlands (+ € 15,00).
- Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany: € 12,00. Watchwinders and watch boxes: € 15,00.
- Other countries within the EU: € 20,00. Watchwinders and watch boxes: € 30,00.
- Other countries outside the EU: € 30,00. Watchwinders and watch boxes: € 50,00.
12)Can I get my order delivered at another address?
Yes, please add your preferred delivery address in the ordering sheet.
13)Do I need to pay for shipping costs if I return the product(s)?
Yes, the customer is responsible for shipping costs if he decides to return products within 7 days after receipt.
14)How long does it takes till I will receive my order?
Normally we have 80% of our collections in stock and ready to ship. We try to deliver orders within 2-4 days for EU countries. We try to deliver orders within 5-8 working days for counties which are not located in the EU.

15)How can I Pay?

16)What can I do in case a product is defective?
Please inform us by e-mail, download the form at our homepage (warranty form) and ship the product (packed safely) combined with the invoice (a copy) to us. We confirm receipt and will start testing the product(s). During this process we will keep you informed.
17)Do you repair products if the warranty period expired?
Yes we do. We do have our own repair centre where we can repair almost all products. Before repair we will inform you about the costs, and wait for your confirmation. The repaired product(s) will be shipped after full payment.
18)Can I give my opinion about the products and service of BensonTrade?
Yes, after ordering a product we will send you an invitation by e-mail to send in your opinion and feedback. This feedback will be placed on our website, to offer transparency and inform other consumers.

19)Does BensonTrade offer opportunities for resellers or B2B?
Yes, we offer good opportunities for resellers and B2B. We are a distributor of brands as MoVas, Iceberg, Zeitflugel, Extro Italy and Benson Watchwinders/ Benson Watchboxes. We can supply companies or make special proposals for business gifts. Please send an e-mail to:
